TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and build tailored demo environments (sandbox or live) aligned to customer use cases and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to keep demo assets current and consistent with messaging.
  • Develop and manage reusable demo assets (scripts, playbooks, templates) and demo configuration tools.
  • Run demo training sessions and workshops for Sales, pre-sales, and partner teams; build certification frameworks.
  • Instrument demos to track usage and engagement, analyze impact on pipeline velocity and win rates, and optimize content.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement to integrate demo touchpoints into core sales processes and systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing, or similar roles in enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact product demos.
  • Experience with demo platforms and enablement tools (e.g., Reprise, DemoStack, Walnut, Salesforce).
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM methodologies and structured sales processes.
  • Experience supporting global teams and adapting demo content across regions.
  • Technical proficiency to configure and troubleshoot sandbox/demo environments.
