What you will do

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, evidence-based scientific content, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Scientific Directors and Medical Writers, implementing "train the trainer" programs for skill development.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to manage budgets, timelines, and long-term resource planning.
• Lead strategic content discussions with clients, KOLs, and faculty to anticipate needs and promote account growth.
• Coordinate team utilization and resource sharing to ensure project profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in a medical communications or healthcare agency.
• Expertise in scientific content development, team leadership, and client management.
• Mastery of AMA style and impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
