What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive communications strategy with KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Develop corporate, consumer, product, and financial narratives to position hirify.global as a thought leader in mental health.
• Identify and leverage high-impact channels to increase share of voice and positive market sentiment.
• Lead reputation and crisis planning to manage the implications of business and industry news.
• Foster internal alignment and trust, turning employees into brand advocates.
• Attract, lead, and develop a high-performing team of communications professionals.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in communications, with at least 7 years in management.
• Experience in healthcare, consumer, or tech companies.
• Proven track record leading communications at high-growth organizations in highly-regulated environments.
• Expertise in building enduring company narratives that establish trust and reputation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
