What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of public health communications projects serving federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary communications team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for communications work in existing and emerging markets.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with external organizations and subject matter experts to maximize impact.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic communications and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing external communications projects and campaigns for federal clients.
• Experience working in a shared services or consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Expertise in social media strategy, analytics, and platform management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Drupal, and Adobe Creative Suite.
