What you will do

• Support Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve clinical outcomes across the therapist network
• Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring, provide feedback to clinicians, and create remediation plans for documentation issues
• Collaborate with Operations to develop automated quality monitoring systems
• Work with clinical teams and peer reviewers to build oversight capabilities at scale
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and create scalable feedback systems for providers

Requirements

• Clinician with 5+ years post-graduate experience as Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations
• Track record of training others on clinical documentation standards
• Curious about AI transforming clinical practice and excited to evaluate and shape AI tool deployment
• Strong collaborator bridging clinical strategy with product, operations, and business teams
• Strategic thinker who decomposes complex problems into actionable plans
