FX/CFD Sales Officer (Fintech)

Job Opportunity: FX/CFD Sales Officer & Business Developer

About the Role

Remote FX/CFD Sales Officer role open to candidates worldwide. Any language welcome. Relocation support available for top performers.

Requirements:

• Experience in FX/CFD sales, business development, or client acquisition in a regulated brokerage environment
• Strong understanding of forex and CFD trading products
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in any language - multilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Existing client network or client book is a strong advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus or another company hub for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach and convert new retail and institutional clients for FX/CFD trading accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account activation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with active traders
• Achieve monthly KPIs for new accounts, deposits, and trading volume
• Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to maximise client lifetime value
• Stay up to date with market conditions and product offerings
• Represent the company professionally across all communication channels
