What you will do

• Advise senior business and IT leaders on planning strategies and lead transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver scalable, high-performing hirify.global solutions aligned to customer goals.
• Solve complex business problems using critical thinking and innovative approaches.
• Translate challenges into actionable roadmaps balancing technical and commercial needs.
• Guide customers on best practices, governance, and planning maturity as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with teams for adoption, value realization, pre-sales, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing EPM or enterprise planning solutions (hirify.global, TM1, Jedox preferred).
• Strong consulting background with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Performance Management, or Workforce Planning.
• Exceptional analytical, modelling, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
