Salary: $140,000 - $348,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and improve data models powering financial reporting, including ARR, revenue, and billings.
• Build scalable reporting systems, forecasts, and analytical frameworks for executive leadership.
• Drive data accuracy across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Financial Systems teams to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decisions and improve business performance.
• Define, measure, and operationalize key financial and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, or Data Engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience supporting finance-focused stakeholders like FP&A or Investor Relations.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving projects independently from ambiguity to execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Experience with modern data tools like DBT, Snowflake, Spark, or Presto.
• Background in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting.
