What you will do

• Execute regional marketing strategies and priority growth initiatives across Early Life and Medical Nutrition categories.
• Coordinate marketing projects across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and roll out marketing concepts, value propositions, and toolkits showcasing unique selling propositions.
• Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to support go-to-market strategies and regional growth plans.
• Collaborate with account managers to support pipeline development and customer engagement.
• Support specific initiatives in EMEA including HMOs, Biotics, Lipids, healthy aging, and GLP-1 related opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, nutrition, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial roles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Proficient computer and analytical skills, including MS Office.
• English: Very good written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of key nutrition categories such as Vitamins, Nutritional Lipids, Premixes, and/or HMOs.
