What you will do

• Develop new product molds and perform technical assessments to ensure process compliance.
• Lead the full mold lifecycle from design and trial to modification and final acceptance.
• Create technical documentation, including DFM reports and mold specification sheets.
• Analyze on-site mold faults and formulate repair plans to optimize efficiency and lifespan.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal quality/production departments for timely delivery.
• Manage the overall inventory and production of molds across internal and external sources.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, or Mold Design.
• 5+ years of experience in precision plastic or stamping mold design/engineering.
• Proficiency in Creo, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Expert knowledge of mold structures, tolerance fit, and material properties (steels/plastics).
• Strong on-site problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English reading and writing proficiency.
