What you will do

• Develop comprehensive construction documentation and manage design development stages.
• Create detailed architectural, façade, and interior finish interface drawings.
• Solve complex technical architectural problems using innovative thinking.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, international team on global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall knowledge development of the team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an all-around architect with extensive international project experience.
• Expertise in producing façade and interior finish details.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of materials and construction methods, particularly within the Asian market.

Nice to have

• Fluent Mandarin communication skills (reading and writing).
• Proficient knowledge of Revit and/or Rhinoceros.
