Senior Frontend Platform Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an enterprise-grade conversational AI Agent Management Platform for global enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Build and ship the agent management platform UI using microfrontend architecture, the shared design system, and Server-Driven UI.
• Own the technical design and delivery of complex features and services, turning ambiguous problems into execution plans.
• Develop end-to-end solutions with TypeScript, React, adjacent services, and integrations when needed.
• Improve reliability and observability by defining SLIs, instrumenting systems, and monitoring production impact.
• Maintain engineering quality through CI/CD, meaningful tests, safe rollouts, fast rollbacks, and production incident response.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, upstream fixes, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped results.
• Systems mindset covering scalability, reliability, performance, security, and customer impact.
• High craftsmanship standards with clean, secure, and well-tested code.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend platform development.
• Ability to work from the Berlin office.
