What you will do

• Build and maintain product features with modern React, hooks, component architecture, and state management.
• Own features through technical design, implementation, automated testing, CI/CD deployment, and post-release monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to establish shared component libraries, design systems, standards, and tooling.
• Make frontend architecture decisions involving performance, accessibility, scalability, and framework or library choices.
• Debug production issues using observability and monitoring tools, and prevent recurring problems.
• Contribute to agile planning, code reviews, mentoring, and, where applicable, .NET backend services and integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional frontend or full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience owning the complete development cycle, including design, coding, testing, review, deployment, and monitoring.
• Practical experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end frontend testing using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, component-driven design, design systems, state management, accessibility, responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD, production troubleshooting, cross-team technical alignment, communication, and agile or Scrum practices.

Nice to have

• Backend development experience with .NET or C#, REST APIs, relational databases, and service-oriented or microservice architectures.
• Experience with monorepos, micro-frontends, or internal component and design-system libraries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
