What you will do

• Track assigned accounts to identify and recover outstanding debts.
• Conduct heavy phone outreach to customers to negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and handle customer complaints.
• Regularly update account statuses and financial databases.
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding accounts unable to pay and initiate legal actions when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to achieve goals.
• Location: Onsite in Pittston, PA.
