Sperasoft has been a long-term partner of a Tier-1 global publisher, helping build and expand one of the most iconic live-service AAA games in the industry.
We are looking for a talented 3D Props Artist with a passion for stylized art to help create a vibrant and expressive game world enjoyed by millions of players. You will contribute to a visually striking project focused on bold silhouettes, strong colors, exaggerated forms, and highly optimized assets.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Create high-poly and real-time game assets matching project standards
• Develop and maintain hard-surface props and environment assets
• Collaborate closely with Lead Artists
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets
• Communicate task progress and production status
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on assets
• Refine artistic skills and learn new tools and workflows
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment
📚 Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Props Artist
• Strong skills in modeling, sculpting, and texturing
• Experience with 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop or equivalent software
• Ability to create detailed and visually appealing props
• Experience with industry-standard game art pipelines
• Experience working with Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette
• Experience managing polygon budgets and texture budgets
• Strong sculpting skills
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
• Self-motivation and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
👍 Nice to Have
• Experience working on stylized game projects
• Experience with live-service games
• Strong hard-surface modeling background
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for game assets
• Passion for stylized visual design
