What you will do

  • Lead a team of monetization managers and oversee daily promotion routines and long-term planning.
  • Optimize in-game business KPIs and find creative solutions to exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage cross-functional processes and identify/resolve operational obstacles.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of in-game events.
  • Balance revenue growth with a positive and engaging user experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor monetization models.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Product, Monetization, Economy, or LiveOps teams.
  • Proven track record in mobile gaming monetization and optimizing revenue strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in pricing methodologies and understanding of game KPIs.
  • Experience in LiveOps Management.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest in casual gaming and familiarity with free-to-play game economies.
