What you will do

• Own core domains such as feeds, challenges, tournaments, and virtual economies end-to-end.
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap, translating ideas into clear PRDs and technical requirements.
• Design and optimize the core loop (create → participate → compete → share) to drive retention and engagement.
• Develop reward systems, progression mechanics, and balanced monetization strategies.
• Run data-driven experiments and define success KPIs using SQL and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing on GTM strategy, positioning, and growth loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in consumer or mobile sectors.
• Proven track record of impacting engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Strong systems thinking with deep knowledge of social and game mechanics.
• Experience in fast-paced 0→1 environments with high ownership.
• Analytical proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs and backend systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C mobile apps, creator economy, or LiveOps.
• Background in skill-based gaming systems or social feeds.
• Experience building AI workflows and automations.
• Passion for engaging platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
