TL;DR
Product Manager (Gamedev/D2C): Leading the direct-to-consumer business for a single game to grow revenue and build direct player relationships with an accent on commercial strategy, offer roadmaps, and conversion optimization. Focus on designing A/B tests, aligning store activations with live ops, and coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate D2C into the game experience.
Location: Onsite in Helsinki, Finland. Relocation support provided.

What you will do
- Define and execute the game's D2C Growth Strategy to increase revenue share and retention.
- Design the Store offer roadmap aligned with live ops, seasonal content, and game economy.
- Partner with Marketing and Community teams to drive traffic and conversion through targeted campaigns.
- Prioritize platform features by providing game-specific requirements to the central Store team.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to embed D2C thinking into new feature development.
- Coordinate QA plans to ensure Store activations are a seamless extension of the game.
Requirements
- Experience in live game commercial operations (monetization, live ops, or product management).
- Strong analytical skills for owning revenue KPIs and conducting A/B testing.
- Ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, creators).
- High level of operational discipline to manage complex offer calendars.
- Must be based in or relocate to Helsinki, Finland
Nice to have
- Previous experience with D2C or web stores in the gaming industry.
- Experience managing a P&L or leading a business vertical.
