Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake)

What you will do

• Develop pipelines that enable data for decision-making and sophisticated data science applications.
• Apply practical data handling including quality, flow, organization, and data modeling.
• Work in agile, fast-moving multi-disciplinary teams delivering modern data platforms to large organizations.
• Use SQL and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow/Prefect/Dagster) for production-grade pipelines.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated technologies like DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue.
• Implement DataOps practices (CI/CD, version control, IaC) and adopt Data Product mindset for discoverable, trustworthy datasets.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SQL and task orchestration (dbt, Airflow/Prefect/Dagster or equivalent).
• Strong Snowflake experience (Databricks a bonus).
• Practical experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Hands-on DataOps (CI/CD, version control, IaC).
• Experience bridging technical engineering and business value, translating needs into data product specs.
• Comfortable in fast-paced agile environments with multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Databricks experience.
