Senior Analyst (Network Operations)

TL;DR

Senior Analyst (Network Operations): Development and delivery of high-level briefings and reports concerning worldwide Network Operations with an accent on bridging technical data and senior leadership communication. Focus on synthesizing multiple information sources to inform General Officers and Senior Executive Service members on critical mission system status.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-level briefings and reports on Transport Network Operations for senior leadership.
• Disseminate the daily Critical System Status Report via email to senior executives.
• Provide daily in-person briefings to General Officers and Senior Executive Service members.
• Maintain and update the Readiness Dashboard within 30 minutes of any system status changes.
• Coordinate authorized system outages and facilitate knowledge sharing between multiple offices.
• Ensure 95% of reports are delivered on time and briefings are error-free.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; must be able to attain SCI access and pass a CI Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Extensive experience working within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
• Experience as an action officer in Army tactical, Army strategic, or Joint strategic military intelligence organizations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint for producing high-quality briefings.
• Knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and Army Intelligence processes.
