What you will do

• Lead regional competition law compliance, embedding legal principles into business decisions to support sustainable growth.
• Manage and develop a high-performing international team of competition law lawyers across various seniority levels.
• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global competition law compliance programme.
• Advise senior regional and local leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives and regulatory risks.
• Coordinate competition law investigations and regulatory engagements, including dawn raids.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical, business-oriented guidance for operational teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with at least 8+ years PQE gained in leading law firms and international in-house environments.
• Qualification to practise in the EU and/or UK is preferred.
• Deep expertise in antitrust and competition law compliance, including running global or regional programmes.
• Proven experience in senior people-management roles, building and mentoring international teams.
• Strong background in managing complex competition law investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluency in English is required.
