Salary: $134,347 - $194,750 / year

What you will do

• Define and maintain solution design patterns, reusable components, and architecture standards for the Finance Shared Services pillar.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to align agentic and ML patterns across different organizational pillars.
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and reusability standards.
• Contribute hands-on to high-complexity builds using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, Document Understanding, AI Center) and integrated AI services.
• Own solution governance, including design artifacts, non-functional requirements, and go-live readiness.
• Coach developers and engineers on design thinking, reuse, and modern automation patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, including 5 years of technical and 3 years of leadership experience.
• Three or more Epic Certifications OR relevant Intelligent Automation/AI certifications required.
• Deep experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and at least one of Maestro, Document Understanding, or AI Center.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, including LLM or agentic components.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers provided.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise-scale solutions using automation platforms.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in an applicable field.
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
• UiPath Solution Architect certification or Azure/AWS architect certification.
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
