TL;DR

Human Resource Partner (HR Operations): Managing employee services, labor relations, and regulatory compliance for the Philippines site with an accent on employment law adherence and discipline management. Focus on streamlining HR policies, conducting internal/external audits, and resolving employee grievances to ensure operational excellence.

Location: Must be local to Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

  • Manage employee services, including policy guidance, mobility requirements, and well-being programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local employment laws, government requirements, and RBA standards.
  • Oversee discipline management, resolve grievances, and guide supervisors in conflict management.
  • Lead internal and external audit activities and implement corrective action plans.
  • Analyze turnover trends through exit interviews and implement retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and generate reports for management.

Requirements

  • Degree in behavioral science or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in labor relations, employee services, and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of Philippines employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with data privacy policies, discipline management, and auditing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
  • Broad experience across other HR functions.
