What you will do

• Support ground system development through systems engineering, integration, and testing.
• Develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) content, storyboards, and Master Training Plans.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze technical updates and integrate them into training design.
• Perform quality assurance on training content for accuracy and Section 508 accessibility.
• Manage the rollout of training materials into Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Requirements

• US Citizenship and Active Top Secret (TS/SCI Eligible) clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or training development, ideally in DoD/military environments.
• Background in satellite operations, ground systems, C2, or space mission systems.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. Space Force, Air Force, or NASA training programs.
• Experience developing simulation-based training for defense operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with mission-related job aids and operations checklists.
