What you will do

• Lead cross-functional development teams for overcurrent protection products, managing the technical process from planning through production release.
• Develop initial concepts and prototype plans, executing feasibility stages and project goals.
• Create and manage critical project documentation, including DFMEA, engineering drawings, and validation plans.
• Research and prototype new materials and process technologies to develop new-to-market products.
• Provide technical support to process development, quality, and sales/marketing teams regarding product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in new product development (NPD), preferably with fuses, breakers, or relays.
• Proficiency in engineering tools, including 3D/2D CAD.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and DFMEA.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
