What you will do

• Provide customer support for PDK enablement according to established flows and guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, relaying critical customer feedback to product engineers and R&D teams.
• Conduct customer training on Virtuoso and PDK features, providing usage guidance and best practices.
• Coordinate between customers and product engineering/R&D to ensure issues are tracked and addressed effectively.
• Support foundry-related engagements under the guidance of senior engineers or project owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 4+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working within an IC design house or foundry.
