What you will do

• Manage, administer, and enhance cloud environments to ensure continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution.
• Develop and contribute to solutions for a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Review and guide the activities of more junior employees.
• Administer Windows and Linux systems within AWS environments.
• Configure and maintain AWS transit gateway, VPC, DNS, and load balancing.
• Utilize Elastic Container Service (ECS) or Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) for container management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering, cloud operations, or cloud architect roles.
• Proficiency with Amazon CloudFormation, Systems Manager, Patch Manager, and Automation.
• Experience with ECS or EKS.
• Secret clearance is required.
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, or SysOps Administrator Associate).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AWS GovCloud environment.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, CloudFront, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, or CodeDeploy.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work effectively on a geographically dispersed team.
