What you will do

• Perform placement and routing for high-reliability PCB designs across payload, avionics, and power systems.
• Route power, high-speed digital, RF, and analog PCB designs.
• Create and review schematic symbols and footprints based on datasheets and 3D models.
• Own design standards, templates, release procedures, and interface with the PLM system.
• Collaborate with internal manufacturing teams and external fabrication/assembly vendors to implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in electrical or computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 7+ years of experience with PCB layout and routing.
• Proficiency with Altium or similar design tools.
• Experience with IPC standards (Class 2/3, IPC-A-610, IPC-7351).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or automation.
• Experience working with PLM software, preferably Arena.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
