What you will do

• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into high-quality software designs.
• Develop and deliver features for hirify.global's internet outbound traffic controller to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with software and network development engineers to iterate on connectivity solutions.
• Monitor system health and perform deep dives into customer issues to improve system robustness.
• Contribute code to optimization algorithms, alarm definitions, and new platform features.
• Influence leadership on the prioritization of feature enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one professional software programming language.
