What you will do

• Meet with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI pain points and use cases.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure AI technology fits seamlessly into customer products and operations.
• Build and deliver compelling prototypes and demos of voice AI technology using Python and API integrations.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into software products and AI models.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners.
• Present results and future proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI models and their applications.
