What you will do

• Construct complex backend API connections and secure user interfaces to integrate the WPP Open platform with client data lakes.
• Execute real-time debugging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of ML models and cloud infrastructure during live campaign sprints.
• Establish and solidify security protocols and data pipelines to ensure compliance with enterprise risk standards and global data privacy regulations.
• Facilitate the seamless handover of finalized codebases to operations teams through proper containerization and documentation.
• Build and manage automated machine learning pipelines using Vertex AI Pipelines and GCP components like Kubernetes and Compute Engine.
• Engineer secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures connecting generative models to proprietary enterprise data.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or complex solutions engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience deploying ML or NLP applications in live commercial environments.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Operational experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Kubernetes, Compute Engine, and Apache Beam.
• Must be based in Singapore and available for a hybrid work model (4 days/week in office).
