Location: Hybrid (Warren, Michigan) — must report to office at least 3 times a week

What you will do
- Lead manual and automated testing for Occupant Positioning features on virtual, bench, and vehicle platforms.
- Collaborate with system safety, design release, and suppliers to create robust test methodologies for safety-critical features.
- Develop and execute test automation frameworks to improve validation efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data using advanced equipment, documenting failures via PRTS and Jira.
- Author validation reports and participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and DSU.
- Provide configuration and performance calibrations for various vehicle platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting (Python) and embedded software development.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Autobot, Autoval).
- Valid US Driver License required.
- Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience with memory seat module, lumber, or message features.
- Proficiency with data logging tools like Vehicle Spy and CANALYZER.
- Knowledge of BDD, Gherkin, GitHub, Jenkins, and virtual testing platforms (CoSIM/GMSIM).
- Working knowledge of C, Matlab, and Simulink.
