Video Editor (AI)

Location: Hybrid office work with up to two remote days per week; the WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €2,500–€3,250 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Own video editing from brief through final export, ensuring clear, engaging, and on-brand results.
• Edit Meta ads, YouTube videos, and detailed product explainers.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and animators to bring creative concepts to life.
• Shape pacing, rhythm, timing, sound design, and overall visual polish.
• Explore AI-generated video tools and workflows to develop ideas and speed up production.

Requirements

• Experience editing video for an in-house team, studio, or agency.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent attention to pacing, sound, color, and detail.
• Experience creating content for social platforms such as Meta and YouTube.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining a bold and recognizable style.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Color-grading experience in DaVinci Resolve.
• Background in sound design and audio storytelling.
