What you will do

• Prepare, format, and quality-control media assets for the 16K LED display.
• Operate playback systems such as disguise for internal review sessions.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting during playback sessions.
• Optimize daily workflows for media handling and server storage.
• Collaborate with the Big Dome Technical Operations team to ensure successful internal reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, theatre design, interactive arts, or equivalent entry-level experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in live production, studio playback, or a related technical media role.
• Hands-on experience with Media Servers (disguise highly preferred; 7th Sense, Pixera, Hippo, or Resolume).
• Knowledge of large file formats and video transcoding (NotchLC, DPX, HAP).
• Basic understanding of video routing, broadcast solutions, and AV IT networking.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA and available for a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
