Senior UX/UI Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Co-lead product vision and design strategy with Product Managers and data teams.
• Own end-to-end design processes from discovery, ideation, to delivery and validation.
• Define, track, and optimize UX metrics to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Propose data-driven improvements to product backlog and collaborate on A/B experiments.
• Leverage AI tools for research, automation, prototyping, and defining team best practices.
• Mentor designers, facilitate workshops, and participate in roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, HCI, Service Design, or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years experience designing digital interfaces (Web and Mobile).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, tokens, and scalable file governance.
• Proven UX metrics tracking (task success, time on task, error rate) and A/B testing.
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, and data teams; product discovery experience.
• English proficiency (C1 or higher) and Spanish fluency.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring designers.
• Solid understanding of frontend development, databases, and cloud environments.
• Experience designing AI-driven features with ethical considerations.
