Salary: $205,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical direction for AI-enabled products and platform capabilities.
• Design scalable, high-performance architectures and document solutions through technical specifications.
• Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities using leading providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Contribute directly to the codebase (approximately 70% hands-on), building full-stack applications.
• Implement and maintain APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Mentor and guide engineers, supporting their technical growth and ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development (C# and React preferred; Java or Angular also considered).
• Experience working with AI platforms or providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal technology or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures such as Module Federation.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional technical initiatives.
