What you will do

• Design and maintain OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards for DoD mission systems.
• Translate functional and mission requirements into secure technical solutions aligned with DoD architecture standards.
• Support the modernization and migration of legacy systems to Salesforce Government Cloud and DoD-compliant environments.
• Develop secure integrations with internal and external DoD systems using REST/SOAP APIs and approved middleware.
• Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST controls, FedRAMP, and RMF requirements.
• Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and secure coding standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience developing secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret or higher).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer).
• Prior experience supporting DoD or other federal defense programs.
• Current Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Knowledge of data governance, records management, and audit requirements in DoD environments.
