What you will do

• Take full ownership of the product backlog for a defined area of a Fintech SaaS platform.
• Manage and refine backlog items to ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for developers regarding functional requirements and sprint goals.
• Onboard new development teams, providing necessary context, priorities, and dependency mapping.
• Coordinate cross-domain initiatives and resolve interdependencies with other Product Owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, UX, and Tech Leads to define and validate requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development.
• English: C1 level required for confident communication of technical and business aspects.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product thinking, and iterative discovery.
• Ability to independently manage backlog scope, quality, and prioritization based on product value.

Nice to have

• Experience with FinTech and/or AML products.
• Experience working within a SaaS environment.
