What you will do

• Direct, shoot, and edit a 90-second hero film and three one-minute motivational films.
• Produce a series of six short "how-to" films walking through major club activities.
• Capture visual evidence of the model's success during the proof-of-concept game jam in NYC.
• Document the internal team story and the creation of Endless Clubs.
• Cut social-format derivatives of all produced content for distribution.
• Collaborate on the distribution strategy to determine the best platforms for content reach.

Requirements

• A professional reel demonstrating visual storytelling (any genre).
• Ability to shoot, edit, and color grade independently.
• Strong audio production skills are non-negotiable.
• Comfort working with a very small crew.
• Developed visual taste and an understanding of cinematic quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion design or animation.
• Drone operation skills.
• Experience running and managing a YouTube channel.
