TL;DR

Community Manager (Marketing): Managing the creator ambassador program and community brand presence for hirify.global with an accent on relationship building and UGC. Focus on scaling organic performance, optimizing content strategy across social platforms, and automating creator workflows.

Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC) and available to work in-person

Salary: $50/hr (approx. $2,000/month for 10h/week)

What you will do

  • Run and scale the creator ambassador program to grow organic performance week over week.
  • Manage end-to-end creator relationships, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, and retention.
  • Develop and iterate on content strategy based on performance data across TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Build and improve automated workflows for sourcing, outreach, briefing, and reporting.
  • Track performance metrics to optimize for signups and user engagement.
  • Stay current with social platform algorithms and shifts in the creator economy.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in content creation, internships, or freelance projects.
  • Must be based in NYC and available to work in-person.
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, automation tools) in your daily workflow.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a growth and creator perspective.
  • Strong instincts for content, taste, and visual culture.
  • Comfortable with data analysis to spot trends and make informed decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience running ambassador, affiliate, or UGC programs.
  • Familiarity with creator tooling such as Modash, Passionfroot, or Gleam.
  • Experience with developer-focused or SaaS audiences.
  • Comfort with automation tools like Zapier, Clay, or Make.
