What you will do

• Build and execute virtual and in-person event strategies for APAC to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation.
• Manage full event lifecycles, including sales enablement, speaker programming, and post-event outreach.
• Define metrics, track success, and develop lead nurture plans in collaboration with the APAC Marketing Team.
• Foster cross-functional communications between Marketing and Sales to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, third-party vendor relationships, and end-to-end contract negotiations.
• Lead regional event operations and act as an International Marketing brand ambassador.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in events or field marketing with a track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
• Expertise in planning diverse event formats, including roadshows, webinars, and executive programs.
• Proven ability to create strategies that align with revenue targets and business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with senior management.
• Data-driven approach combined with a creative mindset for continuous project improvement.
• Comfort with up to 25% travel.
