What you will do

• Lead electrical construction for the Memphis data center as the senior on-site representative.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction and site development through commissioning and controls.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication between field and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safety, high-quality delivery, and operational readiness.
• Monitor progress via quantity take-offs, field verifications, and KPI dashboards.
• Manage change orders and lead site safety initiatives to foster a consistent safety culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead on-site and build trust with vendors and technical teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by site operational needs.
• Subject to pre-employment drug and annual post-employment background checks.
