What you will do

• Direct financial control activities and ensure compliance with KPIs and Management Agreements.
• Facilitate budgetary control, manage reforecasts, and oversee the global finance team.
• Prepare global budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Manage financial ledgers, accounting processes, and internal controls.
• Lead procurement for the client team and provide financial advisory to the Client Managing Director.
• Collaborate with Regional Client Accounting Leads to maintain global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in commercial property management.
• 5 years of supervisory or equivalent management experience.
• Understanding of SOC1 Compliance.
• Experience with real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and report writing skills.
