What you will do

• Support the development and continuous improvement of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) frameworks.
• Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and dependency mapping across critical services.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of crisis management, incident response, and recovery frameworks.
• Support the planning and execution of business continuity and crisis simulation exercises.
• Maintain and improve data repositories, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using BI tools.
• Assist in internal audits, external assessments, and regulatory reviews related to operational resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Risk Management.
• 0–3 years of experience in operational risk, business continuity, or business process mapping.
• Basic knowledge of risk and resilience frameworks such as ISO 22301, DORA, or NIST.
• Understanding of process mapping techniques like BPMN or flowcharts.
• Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
• Awareness of IT environments and digital infrastructure concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like fintech, telecom, or energy.
• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
