What you will do
- Design, maintain, and support hands-on technical lab environments for practical application of IAM concepts.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for new product launches, creating digestible content for partners and customers.
- Develop step-by-step documentation, tutorials, and training materials for complex product features and workflows.
- Analyze student surveys and performance data to iteratively improve training resources and assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Enablement, Partner, and Product teams to ensure ecosystem mastery.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, and IAM web security best practices.
- Ability to read and understand code in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks to validate tutorial samples.
- Exceptional written English proficiency with a clear, explanatory style for technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using AI tools for research, outlining, or content optimization.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of and Auth0 product offerings.
- Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management, AD, and LDAP.
- General software development experience in Java, Ruby, .Net, or PHP.
- Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs and API management platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Apigee).
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise IT landscapes.
