What you will do

• Own end-to-end system architecture for complex data center power and infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for strategic and hyperscale customers.
• Translate customer requirements, standards, and use cases into scalable, repeatable system architectures.
• Lead technical alignment across Product Lines, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Drive system-level trade studies, technical decisions, and architectural risk assessments.
• Represent the company in senior-level customer technical discussions and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, power systems engineering, or complex infrastructure design.
• Deep technical experience in data center power systems and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to operate at a system level across multiple technologies and product lines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in matrixed, global organizations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure architectures.
• Background spanning AC power, DC power, controls, and energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as NEC, UL, IEEE, IEC, or ISO.
• Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
