What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with fitness professionals and UGC creators for social media campaigns.
• Develop detailed UGC briefs and moodboards focused on product usage and visual aesthetics for TikTok and Instagram.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using a data-driven approach to optimize future influencer strategies.
• Monitor market trends and viral formats within the health, wellness, and athleisure industries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and UGC with a strong focus on storytelling.
• Proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of either the fitness & wellness space or fashion & styling aesthetics.
• Ability to craft compelling scripts, hooks, and CTAs tailored to the target audience.
• Experience with the US market is a strong plus.
