What you will do

• Build and optimize modern data platforms using Databricks.
• Shape the technical direction and capabilities of the Databricks practice in Sweden.
• Implement advanced features such as Agent Bricks, AI/BI dashboards, Databricks One, and Lakebase.
• Collaborate closely with clients to design and deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Guide other team members and help build a strong local Databricks community.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Senior Data Engineer.
• Deep expertise and professional experience with Databricks.
• Proven ability to take a technical lead, drive initiatives, and manage client dialogue.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across borders within the Nordics.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Gothenburg or Stockholm offices.
