Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, at least 3 days a week in-office.

What you will do

• Own analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements of production systems for clearing and settlement functions.
• Shape next-generation Clearing System through full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate in agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct code and design reviews to improve quality and best practices.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for incident resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in Java backend development.
• Interest in learning production systems and large legacy codebases.
• Self-driven with structure, creativity, balancing innovation and operations.
• Experience in agile teams with strong collaboration skills.
