What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle project management for software implementation, hardware deployment, and automation solutions within transportation and intermodal environments.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk tracking across multiple concurrent projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, software development, and operations, to drive efficient solution delivery.
• Facilitate UAT testing, go-live execution, and post-implementation support transitions for enterprise technology deployments.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic execution of SOWs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in software implementation or technical project delivery (depending on junior/senior level).
• PMP certification (or willingness to obtain) and expertise in Agile methodologies and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, and other project tracking tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and obtain TWIC and Rail certifications.
